Catalyst Practitioner Experience is Now Live!

Everything DiSC Catalyst Practitioner Experience has replaced the Catalyst Facilitator Kit. In addition to all the materials that were available in the kit (customizable PowerPoint presentations, facilitator guides, videos, etc.), the Catalyst Practitioner Experience includes:

• Real time facilitator access to learner content and group insights. You can now see a group’s placement on the continua without putting yourself in the group, you can gain insight into a learner’s style directly from the Catalyst Admin area and access many additional features to make facilitation easier and more impactful.
• Unlimited Facilitator Reports and Group Culture Reports: Facilitator and Group Culture reports can be run directly from Catalyst at no cost. That’s a 25 credit per report savings compared to when these reports are run from EPIC.
• Ongoing Self-Guided Training: Access on demand training to help keep your skills sharp.
• Resource Updates: All facilitation and resource materials will be updated directly on the Catalyst Platform.
• Practitioner Community Access: Engage in a supportive community of practitioners where you can ask questions, exchange ideas, and share best practices.

If you currently own an Everything DiSC Catalyst Facilitator Kit you can upgrade to the Catalyst Practitioner Experience for one year at no cost. The deadline for upgrades has been extended to April 30, 2026.

Free Profile Upgrades & Facilitator Kit Upgrades Ending December 31

The ability to upgrade any completed DiSC traditional profile to a Catalyst profile at no cost is ending December 31, 2025 so get those learners who took a traditional DiSC profile upgraded now!

You can also still upgrade your Everything DiSC Workplace, Management or Agile EQ Facilitator Kit to a Catalyst Facilitator Kit and the Catalyst Practitioner Experience through December 31, 2025 so if you haven’t already done so take advantage of this offer now.
