Passionate employees are those who generate customer loyalty by going the extra mile, always doing their best, and using discretionary effort to delight the customer. They are also much less likely to leave, even when made a better offer.
In the study done, of the employees surveyed, 78% are passionate about the work they do each day, but only 44% are passionate both about their job and the organization. By being able to bridge this gap, companies will see an increase in passionate employees and improved performance.
