For Everything DiSC® Facilitators: New on Catalyst™ – Conversation Starters

One of the most significant disadvantages is that team members are starting to experience a lack of connection and community. In a Gallup survey, 79% of respondents who were working remotely said they had grown distant from their teams and disengaged from their jobs.

If you have a Catalyst account, getting started is easy – just 3 simple steps!
- Visit the Your Groups feature on Catalyst.
- Create and save a group with people in your organization or select a group you have created previously.
- Click into Conversation Starters and choose a topic.
