This certification program is a great resource for gaining foundational knowledge, valuable tools, and practical experience in facilitating Everything DiSC training programs or coaching sessions.
The Everything DiSC Certification program is a virtual two-week blended learning experience of self-guided online learning combined with 4 two-hour live, instructor led, virtual sessions. Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive the Wiley credential of Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner.
During this two-week program you will:
- Gain a deeper understanding of the DiSC model, the theory behind the model, and the research supporting it
- Explore the Everything DiSC Catalyst™ learning platform and learn how you can use this as a tool to build a culture of communication, collaboration, and teamwork in your organization
- Become familiar with all the products in the Everything DiSC suite
- Practice facilitation techniques
- Gain ongoing access to Wiley’s online training center to use as a resource as you implement Everything DiSC in your organization
