Create A Culture of Belonging and Inclusion

Join us for one or all three sessions of the complimentary webinar series presented by Keith Ayers, President of Integro Leadership Institute and author of Engagement is Not Enough: You Need Passionate Employees to Achieve Your Dream and explore how your organization can develop a Culture of Belonging and Inclusion.

It is possible – even common – to have a diverse group where inclusion is low. In these cases, trust is often lacking, and results suffer. Only when there is true inclusion where employees feel a sense of belonging will an organization (or any group) achieve the benefits of diversity. While these benefits are significant  – more creativity, increased innovation, and more effective problem solving, as well as improved passion, productivity and performance – true inclusion requires trust. Explore how your organization can develop the trust necessary to realize the benefits of diversity.

Create A Culture of Belonging and Inclusion 1Keith Ayers is CEO of Intégro Leadership Institute Pty Ltd and author of Engagement is Not Enough: You Need Passionate Employees to Achieve Your Dream (Elevate, July 2008). He is respected around the world as a thought leader on the topics of employee engagement, leadership effectiveness and workplace trust.

After joining Intégro as a consultant in 1977, Keith took over the ownership of the organization in 1980 and developed it to become one of Australia’s leading training consulting firms.

In 2011 Keith established the Intégro Research Desk to capitalize on the significant amount of research he had assembled, particularly on trust in the workplace. Out of that research Keith has established Trust Inside Assessments that measure trust at the organizational, team and individual level. The Trust Inside Assessments are being used to create a trust-based culture that promotes belonging and inclusion within organizations throughout Australia, North America, and Europe.
